Minutes of Zoning Board of Appeals Business Meeting

Trevor Pontbriand, Chair, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am

Board Nominations:
Robert Hankey moved to nominate Trevor Pontbriand as Chair; seconded by Roger Putnam, pass 7-0.
Robert Hankey moved to nominate Bruce Drucker as Vice Chair; seconded by Trevor Pontbriand; passed 7-0.
Trevor Pontbriand moved to nominate Robert Hankey as Clerk; seconded by Vern Jacob; passed 7-0.
Trevor Pontbriand moved to nominate Vern Jacob as a regular on the Board; seconded by Robert Hankey; passed 7-0.
The regular members for the Zoning Board of Appeals are: Trevor Pontbriand, Bruce Drucker, William Nicholson, Robert Hankey and Vern Jacob.
Miscellaneous
Robert Hankey thanked Christine Bates, Committee Secretary, for her support.
Manny Heyliger questioned the role of an alternative on the Board. He was advised he can participate in the hearings, but cannot vote. However, he may be called upon to sit upon cases and will cast a vote.
There was general discussion regarding building procedures.
Trevor moved to adjourn at 9:45 am; seconded by Bruce Drucker; passed 7-0.
